Its Like The Mothership Calling Me Home
Have you ever seen a cooler Starbucks?
...and I present to you the official pillow for Friday...
VERY cool pictures! I like Starbucks :) I've heard they will open a Starbucks in The Netherlands soon :)))
Posted by: Sweety at January 30, 2004 8:18 AMooooooooo swanky starbucks. Ive never had a starbucks coffee. I think they have em in london though.
great pillow!
i want a pillow that says:
"FUCK OFF, yes you!"
;)
Ahh, that pillow. I need that pillow.
I have that message printed on monitor-hooks & door-hooks for my bedroom & for my old office. Pity people don't seem to realize it isn't a joke.
Happy Friday.

Oh sorry I saw the starbucks image and got excited there for a moment.
A very cool Starbucks indeed!I went to a similar kiosk-like one a while back. I ordered, but it seemed they had run out of coffee. Yep.
Posted by: Busy Mom at January 30, 2004 9:25 AMHey, that is one beautiful crack house...uh, I mean Starbucks.
Posted by: Rob at January 30, 2004 9:37 AMStarbucks: It's not just a place, it's an alternate and highly caffeinated plane of existance. Bow down before its glory bitches!
Posted by: amalah at January 30, 2004 9:43 AMI totally need that pillow. It would go great with my "Happy Heather/ Angry Heather" magnet here at work.
Posted by: at January 30, 2004 10:01 AMNope. I'd have to say that that is the coolest!
Posted by: feisty girl at January 30, 2004 10:47 AMIt'd be cooler if they had seats up there... But anywhere that serves coffee is good in my book, no matter what the decor is.
Posted by: pie at January 30, 2004 12:08 PMYep, it looks like the coffee gets poured in from heaven right to their machines :)
Posted by: Alicia at January 30, 2004 1:07 PMOh, oh, oh, have to steal this. You'll get credit. Also, have another one for you in the same post, my personal favorite cuppa...
Posted by: Mindy at January 30, 2004 1:15 PMNow that is an awesome starbucks!!
Posted by: Cornelia at January 30, 2004 1:16 PMAwesome. I worship at the altar of Starbucks. It also brings new meaning to the term "wired."
Posted by: Sawni at January 30, 2004 2:38 PMI have never been inside a real starbucks. I'm so sheltered! The only starbucks I get is the find you can buy in a bottle a target *sigh*
Posted by: Katie at January 30, 2004 3:15 PM...and those look like little carrots stuck to the balcony...
Posted by: Alicia at January 30, 2004 4:00 PMneat starbucks setup/style!

Posted by: Ginny at January 31, 2004 12:45 PMdang, that IS cool ... where is that?
Posted by: tj at January 31, 2004 4:05 PMi wish we had one. i love their choc covered mocha beans!!
Posted by: Rachel in Alaska at February 1, 2004 12:25 AMIt LOOKS cool, but it's just appearance. There's no such thing as a cool Starbucks. "Cool Starbucks" is just as much of an oxymoron as "cool WalMart". Both Starbucks and WalMart rob this world of what is truly the essence of cool-- small local businesses with uniqueness. For a coffee shop to be cool, it needs to be a local shop, not a Starbucks.
