Hump Day Blatherings

Happy Hump Day everyone! A few bite-sized chunks of blogging goodness for your Hump Day.

Crown Me:
And I don't mean a LOTR kind of crowning. I'm not sure what's worse - meetings all morning or the dentist this afternoon. What's possibly even more pathetic is that I view the dentist as a relaxing alternative to work.

My Big Break:
Get me - I'm starring in a soap. Well...kinda. Amy and Lauren have chosen me to play a role in their ongoing online drama. Make sure you check it out!

You know I've always maintained that you guys rock. I don't know why you keep dropping by and commenting but I sure appreciate that you do. I've missed a few familiar faces around here lately. Now, I know everyone's busy (including me lately) but if I've jumped the shark, let me know :-)

hey Chris..
I have posted on my blog. It was inspired by you ;)

You haven't jumped the shark at all. :) You still crack me up everytime I stop by. :)

Posted by: Ash at March 3, 2004 9:33 AM

Jumped the shark!! LOL...

I just learned what that meant a few months ago. I know, I'm slow.

Chris... I am guilty of not commenting lately... I've been totally out of the blog scene for the past two weeks. Sorry about that!! I really have alot of catching up to do. I love your writing and pictures... and you crack me up, almost on a daily basis. Thanks! :-)

Chris- you have soooooo jumped the shark. Your "cool" factor is somehow lacking...LOL

Just kidding- I think everyone is probably busy. Nobody has commented on my blog, but then again, not many people do in the first place :)

Posted by: Kristi at March 3, 2004 9:56 AM

nutjob! I'd take work over the dentist's anyday.

Posted by: liz at March 3, 2004 10:23 AM

Go on...tell the little people how you landed your role on our soap opera. I'll wait.

(Hint: porn)

Dentist? Relaxing? Maybe compared to your work, but to me it a horrifying experience. Just because they are all up in your "personal bubble" and its just uncomfortable.. ack.

Kinda puts perspective on how you feel about work though ;)

I just found you recently so you DEFINITELY have NOT jumped the shark in my book. But - I do want you to know, that I read an article (Last week?) that said the phrase "Jumped the Shark" has, indeed, Jumped the Shark. Is that possible? Discuss.

Posted by: Zoot at March 3, 2004 11:57 AM

God, I hope you haven't jumped the shark since I just recently started visiting. But beware things (alright tv shows) have a tendancy to get canceled after I become interested in them.

My interest is like the kiss of death. :-)

Jumped the shark?!? You?!? NEVER!!! I did hear that you went to Al's with Potsie and Ralph Malph for a burger, but that's about it. Good luck at the dentist. I hate the evil bastards.

"Jumped the shark"... sounds deviant.

You keep rockin' Chris!

Posted by: zeno at March 3, 2004 3:05 PM

You're a famous actor now! Wow! :)

Posted by: Sweety at March 3, 2004 3:49 PM

A glaring example of "jumping the shark" is The Osbournes. First season *ROCKED*... I loved it. Second season... the kids were all screwed up, and it sucked! You always keep it fresh and real... you may never slide downhill, my friend. :-)

Yeah I've been a bit distracted. Not doing my usual rounds. Getting ready for my BIG trip home on Saturday. Yikes!! Things SHOULD be more normal when I get back in 3 weeks LOL

Posted by: Irma at March 3, 2004 6:27 PM

Ok, tell me what "jump the shark" means, and I'll let you know.
