I worked so damn much this month, I came home early. So I had a little time to sort through the pictures I took last night at the concert and found a few that didn't suck as bad as the rest (see how I'm working for you?). Also? My zoom sucks so apologies in advance. It wasn't just a concert for little people, although we were close to Midgetville. The one below was a complete accident but I liked how it came out.
On to the pictures...

i'm still at a loss,
just looking at that...
Snazzy photo. I love accidental shots like that!
Good to see you took a well-deserved break.
when i last saw ben folds (2 years ago) he didn't have a light show, looks pretty damn cool
Now you've got me stuck on the idea of going to a concert. Thanks, Chris. :) At least Lyle Lovett's coming to Wolf Trap next week. Now I just need to find someone else around here who actually likes Lyle to go with me... Going to concerts solo kinda sucks.
Great pics as always. Glad you had a great time.
You neglected to mention if FREEBIRD man was there?
I was once at a Joe Cocker concert in New Zealand, and the opening act made fun of the Freebird-guy concept. But it was really cool...cause he equated Freebird-guy with Stairway-guy, and proceded to play Stairway while singing the lyrics to Freebird. It made me laugh, anyway!
Those are pretty cute. Glad to hear that you had a good time. I thought the name Rufus Wainwright sounded familiar...I really like his version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." I heard it for the first time during a movie I was watching a few years ago (I can't remember the name of it now).
Rufus Wainwright did "Over the Rainbow"? I thought that was the Hawaiian guy. Forgive me, for I am Coleen, and lo, I have taken much of the NYQuil and washed it down witht screwdrivers.
Chris! Was Ben standing on the piano to do "Army" and ahve the audience! sing? Because that is nmy faveoreite part!
But did you yell out nice and loud, "Freebird."
Just kidding. I'm sure you're far too cool for that.
