Head Honcho (Redux)

The meeting with the Big Boss is over. It went mighty fine, I think. So, that's over (until next quarter) as is my work day (until, well, tomorrow). Normally this is a nice, quiet time of year for consultants such as myself. But, while yesterday was pretty much the pinnacle (or nadir, or zenith, if you will) of boredom, today was just flat crazy. My apologies if I haven't visited you in a while.

So what's new with you?

Ohhhhhh.... must....resist....

Costa Rica likely being postponed. :(

What is up with me...hmm. I have just woken up, and am suitably ashamed. (Even with the time difference, it's bad!)

Heh.. my life can be so hectic, I am the queen of not reading my blogrolls for days, weeks, hell, even months...

Glad your meeting went well!

What's new? Princess, unbeknownst to me, has been using the drawers on her dresser as stairs to reach things on the back of the dresser, and broke both of them, guess I know what Santa is brining her heehee!!

What's new with me? I left my friend's house earlier than planned tonight because I had a migraine. Then on the way home, I got a speeding ticket. Yes, 20 mph over the speed limit. Whaat a great day. Here's hoping yours was better. Glad your meeting went well.

I spent the day Christmas shopping with my 85 year old granny and my four year old. We actually got a lot accomplished.

Did you manage to avoid "duding" your boss?

Umm...just got back from a trip with co-workers to the snow, lots of good food, good wine, tasty tekillya and snow everywhere. (Huge to us since we don't live in snow!) Lots of laughter and I have wrinkles from smiling that I didn't have before!

Work today...this time of year brings me lots of graphic design work so it was a blast - even though I had to catch up from being gone 2 days! ...found my boss doesn't like it when I am not there! *grin*

Put out my Christmas stuff...and decorated the tree today! Busy woman...scared my four cats by moving the furniture to fit the tree! *grin*

I learned what a no-handed clap was and got a Disneyland annual passport. Much better than a stinky old meeting.

Busy kicking myself for forgetting that mom will be here tomorrow. It don't pay to be sick and selfish.

Just the same.ol', same.ol'. Oh, and I sprained my wrist putting up the Christmas tree.
