We give careful attention to each step of preparation and packaging in our
manufacturing process. Samples from each production run are evaluated
before shipment in an effort to prevent any unsatisfactory products from
entering distribution.

Under government regulations, a "fat free" claim can be made on any product
with less than 0.5 grams of fat per serving. The definitions for claims
like "fat free" are very complex. Be assured, we follow the regulations
for all of our claims.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're sending you
reimbursement, via first class mail, which you should receive in 7-10
business days.

I'm sure that $2.99 refund is exactly what youi were going for. And since when does first class mail take 7-10 business days? I'm no postal expert here... But doesn't 'first class' sound all fast and important. Guess not.

See, if you find a machine part or a real defect of their stuff? They'll do all sorts of things. Speaking as one person who worked in management in a factory for a major corporation, trust me on this one. ;)
