Good news part one: I'm working from home today!
Good news part two: I managed to get some sleep!

So, both of those are good things, except that I'm pretty much slammed with work and have asked a bunch of people to get stuff to me by COB today. Which means I'll be working late to compile and evaluate it all. But I did have a cool Fast Times at Ridgemont High dream. Basically Mr. Hand went all crouching tiger and put the beat down on Jeff Spicoli after graduation. Sadly Pheobe Cates didn't make an appearance.

I am glad that you got some sleep. That's great.
I am not sure if it's because I just woke up, eyes aren't even fully open, brain is fuzzy and no coffee in the house...but it sounds to me like your dream was, um...rated xxx?
Or, maybe I am having a senior moment.

I am working from home today too, and also slammed, though that has not stopped me thus far from just blogging.

Doesn't working from home mean that you shouldn't be all stressed out? (In a perfect world, maybe.) At least you'll be comfortable! :)

So glad you got some rest. I got a little.

I had a weird dream too: I delivered two baby monkeys to my husband's Aunt's house, but didn't want her to see me doing it, so I hid them under newspaper. I don't even want to know what THAT is supposed to mean for me. I always have freak dreams.

omg, Phoebe Cates!
What ever happened to her???
I remember her from "Private School". Remember that?

Poh' Chris... I'm glad you got sleep though!
have a good day!

I watched that the other night!! Cooool! Or should I say "Awesome dude"...wait, I already talk like that...anyway, glad you got some sleep :-)

I think Phoebe was running from Gremlins at the time... sorry she couldn't join you!

I could really use a day to work at home! :) Glad you got rest though!

Dude, did my current hairstyle inspire your dream?!

Did you know she's married to Kevin Kline? That seems really odd to me.

And her and Kevin Kline played husband and wife in that movie "The Anniversay Party", which I thought was pretty good. He was a working actor and she was a former actress who gave it up to raise kids...which is their real life I suppose.

Also, how do people get to "work from home"? Some of my friends are lucky enough to do this, but I have yet to find out how I can get on that. Maybe a good thing though as I might be inclined to blog and play video games all day. Consider yourself lucky RC!

glad you're able to catch up on some sleep. I don't know if i will ever! ;) kidding, most of it's my own fault.

superhero? Hmm... I'd the the bsette - i'd have magical powers that would zap people naked when they said anything bs like - i hate liars & bs'ers. excuse me *strongly dislike*

Yay, sleep! And strange dreams about movies; double yay!

Posted by: Fraulein N at January 11, 2005 3:20 PM

I slept lots today...I OVERslept by seven hours. No, really. I missed the second day of school. Great start to the semester, I say.

Hey, you should pull a Jeff Spicoli and order a pizza to your next staff meeting! Okay, maybe not.

Yay for finally getting some zzzzzs.
