More Snow?

The weatherpeople, being of keen insight or merely in possession of good "television hair" are predicting guessing we're going to get ten inches of snow tomorrow. Elsewhere, that might not seem like much...but in the Washington area its enough to drive 25% of the population to madness, cause 96% to instantly lose all driving ability and, in rare cases (approximately 4% of the overall population), cause otherwise healthy heads to actually explode. Precipitation, madness and carnage...it'll be a good Monday, I can feel it.

You know, we'd get 10 inches of snow in Buffalo, and no snow day...

I really need a snow day. Maybe Pittsburgh will have pity on me?

Y'know, the weather people can't even make GOOD guesses these days. Originally we were supposed to have a huge winter storm tomorrow as well. It's now pushed until Tuesday. I think they're just procrastinating until it actually DOES snow, so they can say "HA! I told you it would snow!"

Yea and then we are supposed to get that snow here - they aren't quite predicting how much yet, they keep saying the idiotic comment, "well we will just have to wait and see how the strom traks...." Lovely.

Sounds like one more reason to stay home on Monday.

Wow - 10 inches is even a lot of snow for us up here in Wisconsin for winters the past few years! Good luck! Sounds like a day you both need to stay home and take part in more of #12 on the Saturday To Do list!

I predict there will be a run on bread, milk, and poptarts.

i'm keeping my fingers crossed for it. i could so use a snow day right now. and i'm also not looking forward to my commute into MD should the snow actually happen.

When we get ten inches of snow, everybody stays home.

It's not like we have a government to run or something.

Can you just make sure all that white shit is gone before I get up there next Sunday?

my husband went to the grocery store last night (we truly did run out of mile), and he came back looking with a dazed look in his eye. he told me "it's madness in there."

We're supposed to get snow today. I'm tired of winter, bring on the spring.

Posted by: ken at February 28, 2005 8:22 AM

Could you please send it down to Atlanta? I'm in serious need of a snow day.

Posted by: Stacy at February 28, 2005 8:28 AM
