Location Is Everything

Finally posting for the morning...three or four hours late. Why? My work laptop died last night and I'm just now getting up and running with a replacement. Technology is grand but when it fails, it sucks big, sweaty donkey balls. Eloquent when flustered, aren't I?

Anyway, it's Thursday. We're over the hump. Was it good for you?

Not nearly good enough. Sounds like about the same as yours. Is it 5 PM on Friday, yet?

Hump Day was awful. I hung up on a client b/c they were yelling at me so bad - I couldn't believe I cracked like that. Then I had to call them back anyway and they were still yelling at me. I'm sure Thursday will be just as fantastic.

It isn't really Thursday yet here at 7:30 a.m. Give me a few hours and I'll let you know if I finished packing the Christmas decorations away. That would make it a really good day.

You know Rude, you really need to stop holding back and let us know what you are REALLY feeling.

Just an observation... :-)

in general, as of late, wednesdays have been worse than mondays.

and very few things in this world are worse than mondays.

It was great for me, thanks. Especially because it's a warm, sunny spring day here in Michigan. That makes any day a great one.

And here was me thinking that 'timing' was everything!

Posted by: Amber at March 30, 2006 10:45 AM

Phew!! *wipes brow* was getting a bit worried... never had your daily post not be here when I get to work and start reading all my "favorites"
- Hope your day gets better

Yes. I'm glad we are over the hump. Two of the four kids have Strep throat and I am up to my armpits in antibiotics and Lysol. God, parenting is great! ;)

Dude, yesterday totally sucked. Why are banks so stupid? Don't you care that I want to give you my money? Stupid stupid banks. Friday is close, friday is close, just keep chanting it....

Whew, not getting my fix of the cactus sure can get weird. I was just starting to sweat.

You saved my co-workers from a fate worse than death. Me having a breakdown. I need my cactus fix on a daily basis. Even if it's just a measley three or four sentences.

Was it good for me? I'll let you know after my dental visit, my MRI and mammograms today, okay? I'll be nuked from head to toe.

So for I have binged on candy for breakfast. I am still in jammies, as is the boy. So I guess it tis not so bad. At least for me. heehee Hope the beloved computer gets up and running soon so you don't have to use the back up.

unfortunately the use of big, sweaty donkey balls has been permanently added to vocabulary.

but, don't you worry, i give you full credit for introducing it to me when i am told that i have a big ole' potty mouth. :)

I'm still astounded by the whole "Suck it, jackass. Respectfully yours in Christ" fiasco from yesterday. And now I have "big sweaty donkey balls" to deal to speak.

The hump was REAL good to me. I ate English muffins last night!

Posted by: melati at March 30, 2006 12:50 PM

No. Mercury must be in retro-grade. My car went out on me too. But, my mood is actually good considering.

I hate it when I have laptop problems. That puts the whole damn day down the drain. Hump day was just like any ordinary day here....quite boring actually.

Posted by: Sabrina at March 30, 2006 1:31 PM

Hump Day sucked this week...I just need Friday 3:30pm at this point....

Posted by: Dana at March 30, 2006 2:45 PM

Not a bad humpday for me, thanks. Sorry about your laptop hitting the dust, that sucks.

Posted by: Jenn at March 30, 2006 4:04 PM

SO good.

(But is it wrong that my first response to "Was it good for you?" was "I need a cigarette."?)
