Places My Stuff Lives
Blogging is inherently voyeuristic. Come on, admit. You know it's true. So, here I am peeling back the curtain in a really boring sort of way. Let me take you on a journey to the little spaces I inhabit...

Oh, that journey requires you to follow me over to Flickr. Click the pic. Posted by Chris at June 6, 2006 7:04 PM
Oooh, how do you like Velocity? Wasn't my favorite Dean Koontz book, but it was ok.
And I had to laugh. I recently posted pictures of my work places - mostly to illustrate my complaint about my co-worker always putting stuff on my desk in places where it'll get buried/lost.
Inherently voyeuristic? Well maybe, ...OK
Posted by: cas at June 6, 2006 7:36 PMInteresting. The only thing I can think of to say is this: What makes you so sure your alarm clock is a female? Hmm?
Posted by: Beth in StL at June 6, 2006 7:39 PMI find the minutia of your life (and everyone's) quite fascinating.
Posted by: wordgirl at June 6, 2006 8:19 PMVoyeuristic?? OF COURSE! It is in this media I can pretend it's me with a hickey on my forehead without actually having to get one!
Posted by: kristen at June 6, 2006 9:32 PMI thoguht I was the only person who wrote down all the books they read! Very cool.
Posted by: ash at June 6, 2006 9:54 PMThose notebooks with lists of books are going to be so fun for you to look through in the years and years to come!
Posted by: Vaguely Urban at June 6, 2006 10:18 PMHow was Eleanor Rigby? I'm almost done 'All Families Are Psychotic' (god, it takes me forfuckingever to read a book now, damn kids...) and I'm really enjoying it.
Posted by: mama_tulip at June 6, 2006 10:44 PMYeah! I'm not the only one who has a notebook with all the books he/she has read! :-)
Makes me feel a little less like an alien.
Posted by: mikkie at June 7, 2006 4:48 AMI never thought of writing down everything I read, mostly because I'm inherently lazy and kind of absent minded.
Plus, there would be multiple entries for the same book because I am a re-reader. Mostly because if I didn't re-read, I'd spend the equivalent of our mortgage every months on books
Posted by: Contrary at June 7, 2006 7:27 AMVery interesting! I love those little notes. But of course, that means I have NEVER used that feature even ONCE myself. Don't ask me why.
Posted by: Zandria at June 7, 2006 11:33 PMHey,
You are reading that Kootz book too. I will send you an email when I am almost done. My Italian Greyhound (Saffire Tillie) chewed up the last 15 pages or so. I won't know how it ends unless you tell me!
Oh bless you for doing so too!
