Missing: Schadenfreude
Excuse me if I let the schadenfreude madness slip again this week but I became an uncle last night*. How cool is that? Uncle Cactus. Is it me or does that sound like some funky alt-country band? Or a new brand of tequila?
* It's also damn early and I haven't had coffee yet...but mostly that uncle thing.

I loves me some alt-country. Perhaps you were thinking of Uncle Tupelo? Jay Ferrar is way better than Jeff Tweedy, so why is Wilco so much more popular than Son Volt? But I love Wilco too. I can't stay mad at them.

And yes, you should definitely get a patent on that! Sounds like a great name for a kid-friendly Mexican food restaurant chain! You know, one where all the waiters where sombrero's with a cactus in the middle and they sell their own brand of tortilla's in packages like Uncle Ben's but then with your face on it with a guitar and a mariachi outfit.
