Haiku For Monday #211

I kinda hope the
alarm clock's inventor* died
a horrible death.

* this would be Levi Hutchins, an American, in 1787. I consider that kind of activity traitorous.

I got a new mattress this weekend. You have noooooo idea how hard it was to get out of bed when the alarm went off... so, I didn't. Slept in and ran very late. :)

By chance did he invent the HOLD button too? I hate being put on hold!

I feel the exact way about the person who invented the telephone, Alexander Graham Bell.

Evil, evil man.

My evil alarm
will sound tomorrow morning;
Pissed off I will be.

I had one extra day off today, thanks to staying very late at school on two other days for parent-teacher conferences. They suck when we have to do that, but they are awesome when we get that day off. The alarm clock will be very, very cruel to me on Tuesday morning. Perhaps we can plot something against them? And soon?

Thanks for sharing the story about Mia telling Owen a story. That makes us all smile! As for the sombrero, you conveniently left out the part about what went on with that during the time you got to "sleep" in the other day.... LOL ;-)
