Haiku for Monday #11
Holidays over
All are returning to work
At least physically
I actually feel a little sad that the holidays are over, even though I was never into all that fa-la-la-la-la crap.
The year seems so boring without the little sparkle in the air.
Enjoy work.

Posted by: Marie at January 5, 2004 07:50 AMor, to quote the lesser known Dylan song "Everybody must stay home!"
But I will slog into work with the rest of the maddening crowd today. Have a good one :)
Posted by: Alicia at January 5, 2004 08:19 AMNo work for twelve days
But now I'm back here again
Can I go home yet?
I'm tripping hard on caffeine. Which is pretty sad, if you think about it. Hopefully the work portion of today will speed past... I'm so nervous about classes starting tonight that I just want to be there already.
Posted by: Tara at January 5, 2004 11:32 AMKids are back at school,
Husband went to the office;
My! What peace at home!
Time off to little
pile of paperwork still there
finished it today
My poor attempt at haiku. LOL At least I think I got the syllables right. :o)
Posted by: seger at January 5, 2004 03:16 PMI've been up since 4am, I can't think of a witty Haiku to throw back at you. lol
Posted by: Jaded Angel at January 5, 2004 03:18 PMYou said it. In haiku form, no less! :-)
Posted by: Ginny at January 5, 2004 04:38 PMnot ME. I didn't make it into the office today... my bad. I felt like crap. Talk about *lifeless*!!! It was back to bed and under the toasty comforter... I didn't want to dig my car out of that snow drift outside, for one thing! ;-)
