A Coppola Cages
We watched Adaptation this afternoon. I have to say that its the best movie about a screenplay about a movie about a book that I've ever seen.
Posted by Chris at January 17, 2004 05:54 PMHuh? LOL.
Posted by: Burnt Fuse at January 17, 2004 07:17 PMthat movie was weird. still not sure if i liked it. heh
Posted by: tiffanie at January 17, 2004 07:52 PMdo you watch many movies about a screenplay about a movie about a book?
Posted by: jdiddy at January 17, 2004 08:38 PMUh, I'm confused, but I think I agree with you.... I did like the movie!
Posted by: Jaded Angel at January 17, 2004 09:07 PMI LOVED Adaptation. I went to go see it with Jay, who hated it...his comment (directly after saying, "well, that sucked") was, "I'll bet that's the way your brain works, too. And that's why I can't follow your train of thought for more than two minutes at a time without wanting a drink."
Speaking of good movies, I just watched "The Dancer Upstairs." I'd read the book a few months ago, and loved it...the movie was also really good. The main actor was phenomenal...the whole thing directed by John Malkovich, if that sort of thing matters.
Posted by: Anne at January 17, 2004 09:23 PMGood movie. I have to watch it again!
Posted by: :: jozjozjoz :: at January 17, 2004 10:08 PMAnother I'm hoping to see, provided I get off my butt to do so.
Posted by: katherine at January 17, 2004 10:54 PMI had a hard time getting past Nicholas Cage looking the was he did and then doing a sex scene. Yikes!
Posted by: Hunter at January 18, 2004 01:08 AMThe movie was pretty strange, but I tend to like the ones that make you "think." I just saw it a few weeks ago myself. :)
Posted by: Zandria at January 18, 2004 11:15 AMI haven't seen it yet though I plan too.
I have this thing (BIG thing) for Nicolas Cage, the man is pure eye candy. Be still my heart.
Ok, back to being lazy and doing nothing ; )
Posted by: Theresa at January 18, 2004 01:09 PMyou forgot to add the best movie about a screenplay about a movie about a book with twins.
Posted by: liz at January 18, 2004 02:15 PMThis is the best post about a movie about a screenplay about a movie about a book that I've ever seen.

Posted by: Marie at January 18, 2004 06:24 PMbut what's it ABOUT?
someone told me i should see it,
but it's not on the 3/$ wall yet...
(i'm low budget)
Posted by: stacy at January 18, 2004 06:27 PMI'm sorry to say, I hated this movie. There was just something about seeing Nicholas Cage as an overweight pasty reclusive loser that didn't appeal to me...
Posted by: *Dee* at January 19, 2004 08:49 AMAnd your post is the best post about a movie about a screenplay about a book that I've never seen.
