Valentine From My Baby

Ok, so, what did you do for Valentine's Day? Me, well, I worked and then my wife came home and she worked. I'll admit it wasn't too valentinesey. But I got two cool Valentine's Day cards. One was from Beth while the other was from my unborn child. This kid's going to be frickin' brilliant - it can already spell pretty well and its handwriting wasn't bad for, you know, a fetus. I don't even want to think about how it got the pen.

Heh, next thing you know, it'll be wielding cream cheese on a butter knife.

It was through the little pocket in Beth's bellybutton ;)

That's great! I got squat.

What I want to know is how the fetus kept the paper from getting all wet.

As you said this kid's going to be frikin' brillant---just like the DAD is. I'm kissing up after I showed my bad attitude yesterday.....lol Have a Great Day Chris.

Hehehe. I bet the lil' tadpole just told mommy what to write. ;)

We didn't do anything either (we'd sorta celebrated on Sunday) so our night was spent curled up on the couch together laughing our asses off watching 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' Those guys are so funny.

too funny....

Umm... Mine was 1/2 and 1/2.
Shitty and Nice.
Shitty during the day at work.
And Nice after I got home to the Hubby.

Well, I don't do Valentine's Day so much, but my children love it..actually they love any excuse to get a gift and be showered upon with sweetness. So, after putting together little candied goodie bags for my babies, I took them all to Peter Piper Pizza and let them go to town while Mom had a beer and watched.
I got a dozen roses from HIM and my handsome boy bought me a single red rose at school.
No chocolate due to my diet, so I opted for tequila instead! LOL

And what about the calendar? And the light to write by? Because without a light Little Fe could really ruin his eyes.

I got a stomach full of cookies and heartburn. Wah.

And, I'm a little bummed out here. I got a valentine from my real, live kid - but the other one that I'm carrying around didn't do squat. Great. I guess it's already obvious which one is going to be 35 years old and still living at home ;)

Posted by: RockStar Mommy at February 15, 2005 11:48 AM

And by real, live kid I didn't mean that... well, you get it. Right?

Posted by: RockStar Mommy at February 15, 2005 11:48 AM

I just hope the kid doesn't tell Mommy that he/she would like to drive for a change.

We exchanged cards early morning before D headed of to work. Then I went to work. Then we both came home and had some wine. Then I passed out, because, apparently wine likes to kick my ass, Valentine's day or not. :-/

My boyfriend and I opened gifts...over the phone. He couldn't be here for V-Day, so we sent each other boxes of goodies. It was fun.

Posted by: Milly at February 15, 2005 12:17 PM

or how it delivered the card. ;)

The boyfriend and I celebrated on Saturday, so last night was spent watching 24 and Trading Spouses. And there was scotch. Good times.

I curious about how the baby sent the card. Can you say 'papercut'? Ouch!

We played Mousetrap with QuirkyBoy. Be still, o pitter-pattering heart of flowery romance.

Awww that's just so sweet. Chris and Beth = sickeningly sweet + funny!

Hope you had a good Valentine's Day!

Know what I got for valentines day? I GOT DOOCED!

Guess I can enjoy this pregnancy in peace now.

Posted by: Heather at February 15, 2005 04:37 PM

Ha! I'm just wondering if the wee one gets postal delivery in there.

Posted by: SpaceCase at February 15, 2005 04:41 PM

Sigh, I can relate - I worked too :( Though my hubby did get me a kick ass size XL Spring Jacket that I can wear in a month from now along with some maternity thongs....

That is so sweet. I read today that a three year old was accepted into Mensa so anything is possible!

Me, I had a test in my biology of human sexuality class. I think I messed up on the male anatomy part. Ooops. I need to study more.
