Heh. I didn't even have to click on the link to know what you were talking about.

(For once I've actually paid attention to the news!)

I think that it is cool that it is finally being revealed! I am going to enjoy getting into beltway politics...

sigh. i'm just happy i can continue to count on Vanity Fair for all my relevant, important news items. Honestly, I don't know why I bother reading any other news magazines. heh.

Thanks for the link. I had forgotten all about that.

Except I don't believe it. This seems to be a form of "I once was cool and important". In fact, now that I think about it, I was actually Deep Throat! Yeah, that was me, now pay attention to me!

Woodward just confirmed it. It's true.

It is very cool, but at the same time, sort of disappointing. I always wanted to know the answer to that mystery, but now that we know...it is no longer a mystery. Poop! Sometimes, it is very difficult to please me.

i think it's fascinating, and I mean that.

Bye-bye, Mystery. Bye-bye, Intrigue.

Actually, I'm not whining. It's cool. A mystery that I never honestly ever thought about, but cool nonetheless.

I thought you were talking about "who killed J.R.?"

Doy.

Yes, and I'm so disappointed Deep Throat isn't Diane Sawyer.

Posted by: jen at June 1, 2005 09:35 AM

I agree w/ Nicole... I liked the mystery , and in a way now the whole story is over. Though it must have been cool to be Mark Felt watching Hal Holbrook in "All the President's Men" and being like, "yeah bitch."

Posted by: susannah at June 1, 2005 11:46 AM

No surprise that Liddy, Buchanan, and some of the other criminals...sorry, "Nixon aides"...are today calling Felt a traitor, turncoat, etc.

I feel bad for the guy being called names but no matter what, it took balls to do what he did and I for one am thankful he did... now if only someone like Deep Throat would come along to bring Bush down. ;)

Hah! He lives like a mile away from me.

Posted by: Jenny at June 2, 2005 10:01 AM

Yeah, that was even on the news in our far away country :)

Posted by: Sweety at June 3, 2005 02:20 AM

Eh. It really just makes the whole debacle way less interesting.
