He's my hiaku, it's SUPPOSED to motivate me to exercise, so far it's useless:

My pants do not fit
On my fat, round ass I sit
My butt just won't quit.

It's admittedly not as good as your Monday haiku though. Here's another fun one, too bad I quit on a Thursday:

Monday, Monday. Shit.
Ugh, why do I still work here?
Tomorrow I quit!
