no no no. iTunes is evil. Evil I tell you! And you can't make me click over to buy all those songs. uh-uh. Nope.

oh, who am I kidding? I'm clicking over because iTunes is like crack.

mmmmmmmmm I-tunes......uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Love I-tunes, gonna check it out :-)

Oh, I liked it! Your collection, I mean. Of course, I only was familiar with about 4 of the 38 songs, but I really enjoyed the 'We're All in this Together' especially.

DAMN I want that but I don't have a spare $38.61 laying around.....I will be selective I guess.

Posted by: carrster at July 6, 2005 08:43 AM

I was told to come here and tell you you rock. Umm...you rock. Actually you really do. No really. :P

No love for interpol....Evil is my #1 summer jam

That cover of 'Wonderwall' is amazing, isn't it? Filled with yearning. LOVE it.

Posted by: Stacy at July 6, 2005 09:29 AM

now i've got all these new songs to check out.

i would make an iMix, but i think you can only use the songs you bought from itunes. most of the songs on my ipod aren't from itunes...

Posted by: Denise at July 6, 2005 09:36 AM

you? are a dork. But in a very, very good way, silly MixMaster RC.

And alas, no iTunes yet. BUT I CAN'T WAIT. I fear for my checkbook, though.

Your wife sent me over to tell you that you are a good driver. :-)

Posted by: Jessica at July 6, 2005 10:37 AM

why did i not expect this from you, i do not know. of COURSE you should have a mix on iTunes.

Posted by: jodi at July 6, 2005 10:40 AM

I feel so out of the loop.

I have no idea who 93% of these artists are!

Posted by: Emily at July 6, 2005 10:49 AM

aw, i LOVE 'ok go', their cd rocks. great selection you go here... many, many songs from cds i've been meaning to buy and just haven't gotten around to yet (or, more accurately, haven't gotten the money to buy yet)... drat...

Posted by: Judy at July 6, 2005 11:23 AM

This is so not fair. Your collection is awesome, I loved most of the songs in it, but in order to buy from iTunes my credit cards would have to have a US billing address. This sucks!!!!!!!

Posted by: ava at July 6, 2005 11:50 AM

I've rigged the office for iPod. We have 1000 songs on ours (4GB's worth) and have 15GBS to spare. iTunes is looking very, very dangerous. Good thing my work computer does not have a high-speed USB port.

Playing right now: "Run For Cover" - Bob Marley. Last five tunes: "Wading in the Velvet Sea" - Phish; "Sick Of Myself" - Matthew Sweet; "Aqui No Sera" - Ozomatli; "Fair" - Ben Folds Five.

I'm usually mad at iTunes. But I will go there to get your mix any day- today! So, what's your cut? I have some good Adventure Dog mixes I could make...

totally would like to blow the 38 bucks on your fantabulous musical taste.

You probably have lots of great radio stations where you live, but I have to get my music off the web. I recommend KEXP Seattle. (John in the morning)

nice taste in music. i like it.

Posted by: suze at July 7, 2005 01:44 PM

OK, so I trust your musical judgment. And I am trying to buy the iMix... but it says it's being modified. Are you modifying this mix? Are you?

Posted by: zeno at July 7, 2005 03:34 PM

oh yeah, keep me away from iTunes. At least until payday.

and bless your little heart -- foo fighters AND phantom planet. you rock!

Being a music junkie this is always dangerous stuff for me... But to turn things around for a change, let me recommend you some stuff as well. Check out the following two albums:

The ideal crash-dEUS
Birthmarks-Ozark Henry

A great Flemish band and a brilliant singer/songwriter from the same region.
