My New Toy
I hate to do this to you, but I have the feeling you're going to have to put up with even more pictures than usual.
Awesome! What kind is it, how did you choose it, and where did you get it.
Posted by: jen at April 29, 2006 02:39 PMas long as you put stuff on your head, i'm ok with it.
we are wearing the same shirt today! freaky!
Posted by: jodi at April 29, 2006 02:43 PM*camera lust*
Posted by: Amber at April 29, 2006 02:45 PMDreamy, isn't it? Nice choice!
Posted by: Jaycie at April 29, 2006 02:49 PMGASP! I HATE YOU. (not really) seriously, i am envious. if i won the lottery today, one of the first things i would buy would be a digital SLR.
Posted by: Denise at April 29, 2006 03:09 PMOh. Boy. Can't wait to see all of the new pics!
Posted by: Beth in StL at April 29, 2006 03:12 PMOh man..... all I need is a macro lens and your camera.... *dreaming*
Well, I guess I can dream and still love my little Sony Cyber-Shot W-1.
Enjoy your new toy for me! :o)
Posted by: ironic1 at April 29, 2006 03:14 PMis that the actual color of your walls or has this photo been shopped? (I love it, either way)
Posted by: kalisah at April 29, 2006 03:42 PMOoh, good luck with it. New cameras are the greatest thing since sliced bread.
(I've always wanted to use that expression)
Posted by: Daria at April 29, 2006 03:50 PMScore for you!
Posted by: C at April 29, 2006 03:56 PMHEY! Look!! What a toy...

Posted by: Jason at April 29, 2006 05:23 PMah yes very nice, top of the line in digi cams. That green reminds me of the Weezer Green Album.
Posted by: E at April 29, 2006 05:40 PMI love the green wall. It looks juicy and cool at the same time. Awesome.
Posted by: Annie at April 29, 2006 05:42 PMWe don't mind at all... honest. You can be resident photographer on our island ;-)

Posted by: Alissa at April 29, 2006 07:01 PMOoohhhh what kind? My sis-in-law just bought a Canon US Digital Rebel XT, she loves it!!!!
Posted by: ::c:: at April 29, 2006 08:56 PMI screwed myself out of a dSLR by getting a laptop and then a house that's way out of our league. You'll just have to love that camera enough for both of us!
Posted by: Becky at April 29, 2006 09:20 PMnice shot!
Posted by: Dolly at April 29, 2006 09:25 PMDetails please! My husband just bought a Nikon D50 a few weeks ago, and loves it. Have fun with your new toy!
Posted by: donna at April 29, 2006 09:27 PMSo Cool!!! Soooo, do tell??! Which one did you get?? Looks like a Nikon.
Posted by: Tammy at April 29, 2006 11:31 PMSimmering with jealousy here. My girlfriend, who takes kids' photos as a hobby and gets paid to do it, has been eyeing this camera for a while. So she has been putting all of the money that she makes from photography aside so that she won't have to charge it. And for purely selfish reasons {namely I want to use it and play with it NOW}, I try to convince her every day that store credit is a good thing. I think I'm weakening her.
Posted by: smartjuice at April 30, 2006 12:31 AMhmm...isn't it kind of difficult to focus through the view finder with both eyes open?
:D
Posted by: reb at April 30, 2006 02:14 AMnice!
Posted by: patricia at April 30, 2006 08:53 AMGood for you! What I know about cameras would fit on the head of a pin (a small pin), but I'm assuming it's awesome and worthy of congratulations.
Posted by: Contrary at April 30, 2006 10:17 AMVery nice!
Posted by: Jules at April 30, 2006 10:35 AMHave I mentioned recently how much I like the colour of the wall behind you?
delicious.
Posted by: s@bd at April 30, 2006 11:19 AMYou finally gave in :)
Which model is it?
You do know that in no time, you'll be looking at all the lenses out there that you can get for it as well ;)
Posted by: christina at April 30, 2006 02:41 PMDammit! What's with you and all the pictures? HUH?! (j/k)
Posted by: Ginny at April 30, 2006 03:54 PMWe have the same one! I absolutely love it! Hooray for more pictures!
Posted by: catbird at April 30, 2006 05:10 PMHeehee, we just bought a new camera yesterday, too. Must have been something in the air.

Posted by: kristen at April 30, 2006 06:22 PMI have always wondered what the greatest thing was *before* sliced bread.
Looks like a wicked cool camera :) Someday I'll have a digital SLR...someday I'll be a good photographer, too. heh.
